Ok - I'd say the right eye needs a some darker (and possibly some lighter areas of shading). At the moment, the shading is all the same intensity. The left eye looks pretty good - the extra darker shading under the eyebrow in the middle works well.

Figuring out how to do a couple of levels of shading with ink helps - either a finer pen size for finer shading or vary the separation of the pen strokes, or both.

The mouth is a little too defined. I think it would work better if there wasn't an outline around every bit of the lips and every tooth. Perhaps a different intensity of outline or a little more variation in shading, or only the suggestion of an outline in places. Not sure how to describe what I mean exactly... let me know if I'm not being clear.
